I have spent a decade in holistic health spaces, supporting the inner wisdom of clients on their healing journey of mind, body, and spirit wellness. With a background in yoga, nutrition, Eastern health practices, and bodywork I combine these modalities to provide a nurturing space where your nervous system can deeply rest and find balance.
